Welcome Finance, the specialist loan company specialising in secured loans for people with adverse credit, has announced that they are to cap their lending for the next 2 months. This 2 months period coincides with the expected announcement as to whether Welcome Finance's parent company Cattles, will receive its banking license in February 2009. Welcome's share price has dropped significantly causing concern amongst loan brokers over the longer term future of the lender.
