16/09/2009 - Woolwich launches 1.98% tracker mortgage.
Woolwich has launched a one-year tracker mortgage at 1.98% up to 60% LTV, available both direct and via brokers. After one year the discounted rate rolls onto Barclays base rate +2.49%, which would currently make it 2.99%. The lender has also cut the rates on its two-year fixed mortgage to 3.99% for 70% LTV and 4.49% for its three-year 70% LTV.
